✚ Therapeutic Application
Anodal tDCS (1-2mA, 10-20min, M1) reduces cortical GABA 10-30% (7T MRS, Stagg 2009). Polarity-specific: anodal reduces GABA only; cathodal reduces both GABA and glutamate (coupled). Distinct from T0001 (generic signal injection) by NT-specific polarity asymmetry not captured in T0001.
