✚ Therapeutic Application

Pulsed 1875nm IR light delivered via contact fiber optic. Water absorption generates localized thermal transient (1-10C rise) activating TRPV4 channels and membrane capacitance changes. NOT applied to dopamine neurons. Demonstrated in cochlear, vestibular, spinal nerve, somatosensory cortex. Safety ratio only 2:1 (stimulation:damage threshold).
